Deducely

Terms of Service

Deducely by Boulton Games. Effective October 29, 2026.

These terms apply to Deducely, the daily sudoku race app published by Boulton Games. By installing or playing Deducely, you agree to them.

Who we are

Deducely is published by Boulton Games, the trade name of Jeremy Boulton, a sole proprietor in Virginia, USA. “We” and “us” mean Boulton Games. “You” means anyone who installs or plays Deducely.

These terms work alongside the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Play Games Services terms. If anything here conflicts with Google’s terms on purchases or refunds, Google’s terms win.

Purchases and your license

Daily races, leaderboards and fair play

Every day, every player gets the same puzzle for each variant, based on the date. Your first completed attempt each day is your ranked result. Replays, practice, and archive puzzles are never ranked.

You can play without signing in, and your times and rank stay on your phone. Only players signed in to Google Play Games appear on leaderboards.

Privacy

The Deducely privacy policy explains what data the app handles and why. It is also linked from the store listing and inside the app.

Ownership

Deducely, its puzzles, art, music, rank titles, and characters (including Deuce the penguin) belong to Boulton Games. Google Play, Google Play Games, and Android are trademarks of Google LLC.
